Marketing and statistics tags are only loaded and activated after you have given your consent for the respective category. 4. Transfers to third countries

For the transfer itself, insofar as the recipient is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), we rely on the adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR); for recipients not certified under the DPF, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). In addition, by activating the respective category, you consent to any remaining transfer risks pursuant to Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
